I walk a lot with distances of 8-10 miles. After 5-6 miles my left foot starts giving trouble across the top (follow the big toe to top of foot). I’m sure I have some arthritis in the foot.
How can I reduce the pain by a process of foot care? I don’t want to give up walking. Any advice you can give would be helpful.
yours sincerely,
