Come winter and dry feet becomes the worst part to take care about. Dry feet is painful, itchy and a bad show in public. A lot of people are facing problems with dry feet, especially the women.

Corns, callosities and dry feet are some of the most common occurrences. Still, the fact remains that most of us are not well cautioned of them and tend to ignore them. Later when the situation worsens and becomes too uncomfortable and difficult to bear, we almost rise from sleep and look for solutions. It is a general tendency with human being to look after their face than other parts and then ignore the others.

Soft and smooth skin feet are a great possession but how to care for your dry feet to make it soft and healthy? Here are some practical tips:

    I find tee tree oil to work,tee tree is an essential 100% natural oil with anti fungal, anti bacterial, anti septic, anti viral, anti inflammatory & kind to skin, its cheap and u can buy it from almost anywere that sells body washes, asda, boots, wilkinson ect. i soak my feet in a bowl of warm water with a few drops of tee tree oil dry them then moisture with aveeno cream,fresh healthy feet ready for anythng! I like most people stand alot at work and my feet went through hell, i used to wake in the middle of the nte with really itchy feet, i find if i rub a few drops of neat tee tree oil into my feet before bed i have a healthy nights sleep. Tee tree is very cheap and efective it costs from £1.99-£4.99 for 10ml depending where u shop, wilkinsons is £1.99. Try it, it works for me, good luck!

    Try Aveeno cream it moistuises dry skin for 24 hours, or try flexitol its a cream for dry & cracked feet for general & diabetic foot care, i must say flexitol didnt work for me but u never know it might suit you, good luck!!!!!!!!
