I asked a doctor for advice for everyday support and he recommended wearing a crosstrainer because it's got such a stiff sole, I (of course) ran out and got great new crosstrainers. The first few hours they were pretty uncomfortable, after my foot settled in a little bit it was like there was no injury at all. I own a cleaning business and move around a lot. The stress frature isfrom putting all my weight on that foot while cleaning!
