Sunscreen lotions are not just important for the skin on your face and hands but also for the skin on your feet. Skin on the feet is very sensitive to sunlight and is prone to get tanned quickly than the other parts of the body.
The skin on the feet is also prone to getting dry soon. Some tips that can prove to be very useful for those who are unable to wear shoes (where their entire feet is covered, from dust and sunlight) are
1) Apply a good amount of sunscreen lotion on your feet.
2) Make sure that you don’t expose your feet much to sunlight, keep them in the shade as much as you can.
3) If possible wear socks and then wear on your sandals, this way your legs will be better protected.
4) Moisturizing the feet after the bath and before going to bed will help keep them soft.
5) Washing the feet after coming from outside will also help reduce the damage caused due to excessive sunlight.
6) A regular pedicure also greatly helps.
Clean feet are always a pleasure to look at. Dry and tanned feet give the individual a very negative look. Ugly feet are also a big turn off.
