Step 1 - Soak your feet for 10 minutes in some warm soapy water.
Step 2 - If you have any bath salts or essential oils you can use them. Else the regular table salt would do.
Step 3 - scrub your feet lightly using a foot file. You can also use a pumice stone or any other scrub.
Step 4 - Remove your feet from the tub and wipe your feet with a soft towel.
Step 5 - Push your cuticles back gently using a cuticle buffer.
Step 6 - Use the same buffer to clean your nails.
Step 7 - Clip your toenails going straight across and rounding them off slightly at the ends.
Step 8 - Dab a cotton pad with some nail polish remover and and remove traces of your old polish.
Step 9 - Now massage each foot for nice 5-10 minutes using a nice moisturizer.
Concentrate more on the heels, and all the other dry and cracked areas of the foot.
Step 10 - Separate your toes with tiny wedges of cotton
Step 11 - Apply a coat of nail polish. Llet the polish dry before applying a second coat.
