Feet must look good, both aesthetically and health wise. They form an important part of the body. We walk with them, and unless and until we are comfortable doing so, it is difficult to move around. At the same time, we need to keep them beautiful, neat and clean and make them look attractive. Foot facial will ensure this.
As we grow older, the feet suffer a lot of damage, especially if the person wears a lot of heels. This is so for people living in places with extreme temperatures, or who walk a great deal, or do not pay attention to their shoes, or experience an attack from bacteria/fungi, etc.
Foot Care Treatments
- Foot Facial- Facial is normally done for the face but even the feet need facials. A good pedicure will keep the feet clean. One needs to relax the feet in warm water, rinse them and dry them up and then massage them. It improves the circulation and keeps the feet look radiant and fresh.
- Botox- This is not just for wrinkles. It can stop excessive perspiration. Excessive sweating in the feet area can cause bacterial/fungal infections and bad odor. By injecting Botox, the sweating stops and your feet will look and smell better. It is also claimed that a Botox treatment will reduce calluses.
- Microdermabrasion- It keeps the calluses away.
- Laser Hair removal- One would like to get rid of small hairs on the feet.
- Laser treatments- Helps in treating spider veins.
- Mesotherapy- Relief for women with heavy ankles
- Injectibles- Good treatment for feet that suffer from wear and tear. This good for women who high heels
- Surgery- To get rid of bunions and hammertoes etc. It gives permanent relief.
One needs to take care of the feet on a daily basis. Proper shoes should be worn and necessary treatments should be given to them as per requirement. Take good care of your feet and enjoy your walks to keep healthy.
