You need a good pedicure at least once a month. And you need to keep your feet healthy and in good shape between pedicures. These three simple tips will help you maintain your feet between two successive pedicures.
- Soak – Soak your feet for 8-10 minutes in warm water. To relieve your weary and tired feet you can also add dead sea salts or scented bath crystals.
- Ex-foliate – Soaking softens dead skin cells. You will need a foot scrub to slough them away and soften the brittle edges. A mixture of salts with essential oils will make a good scrub for your feet.
- Moisturize – Hydrate your feet with a good moisturizer and massage gently to improve circulation. This will help relax and rejuvenate your feet.
You can repeat this process every week.
