How Does One Walk Without Pain?
When there is pain in one’s feet, one finds it difficult to walk. Heel pain for example, causes much pain and discomfort. Even back pain can result due to faulty feet. Solutions:

- Rest the feet
- Treat injuries without delay
- Non-weight bearing exercises like swimming are good

- Walking posture should be correct.
- Avoid high heels as far as possible.
- Control your weight also. Obesity applies pressure on the feet.
- Healthy care of feet, such as pedicure etc.
