American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle society as suggested these simple nine tips for a good pedicure.
- Soak your feet in warm soapy water for 10 minutes.
- Use a pumice stone or a scrubber to ex foliate dead skin and remove the dead skin and calluses.
- Push cuticles back with a stick and trim them.
- Trim toenails straight across.
- Refine the nail edge with a nail filer.
- Massage feet with baby oil or moisturizing lotion.
- Remove the traces of nail polish with a remover and apply a fresh coat.
- Wash your feet regularly with soap every day after the pedicure.
- Pedicure your feet every 8 weeks.
