- Wash your feet with soap at least thrice daily.
- Trim your nails straight across without digging at the corners. Make sure they aren’t cut too short causing pain.
- Change your socks and stockings daily. Make sure they aren’t too tight.
- Wear shoes that fit your feet comfortably.
- Exercise and stretch your feet regularly.
- Soak your feet in warm water at least once in a fortnight. This would help get rid of dry dead skin and relax your feet.
If you have corns or calluses, do not shave or trim them. See a doctor.
