- Wear shoes that fit your feet properly. If possible wear open toed sandals that will allow your feet to breathe.
- Wear socks made up of cotton or wool only. Do not wear nylon socks because they do not absorb.
- Wash your feet at least three times daily.
- You can try cleaning your feet with surgical spirit or an astringent and sprinkle talcum powder on your feet after the morning wash.
- Never put dirty socks back on again. Wear fresh pair of socks everyday.
- Often sweating of feet might be a sign of other health problems as well. Please consult a doctor.
