Feet are the most neglected parts of the body. They deserve to be pampered once in a while and need to be exercised daily. Here are some simple foot exercises that would help you improve blood circulation in your feet and strengthen them to take you miles and miles.
Walk – Walking is one the best and easiest exercises. But did you know that walking bare feet on the grass early morning is one of the soothing exercises your feet would love.
Foot Stretch – Sit on the floor and stretch your legs out in front of you. Take a towel or a piece of long cloth. Hold both the ends of the towel in both your hands and rest your soles on the looped end of the towel with your heels firmly on the ground. Now pull the towel and draw the middle foot and your toes towards yourself. Hold for a few seconds and repeat the exercise five times.
Ankle Stretch – Sit on the floor with your legs stretched in front of you. Now bend one of your knees and rest its foot on the ground. Now pull the foot towards you as much as you can. Relax for a few seconds and repeat ten times for each foot.
