Nothing in the world can be more relaxing than a warm soothing foot soak. If you have had a tough day running around and your feet are fatigued. Foot soak is the best thing to energize your feet and repay their debt.
Salt Soak
Throw in half a cup of Epsom Salts in warm water and soak your feet in them. Epsom salts help soothe tired, swollen and achy feet.
Aroma Soak
Add 2 drops of Lavender / Sandalwood / Ylang Ylang essential oil to lukewarm water with a quarter cup of Epsom Salts. The fragrance of Lavender helps you jag your tired nerves and soothe you.
You can also try 3 drops of Peppermint oil, it is said to be very refreshing.
Vinegar and Salt Soak
You can add in half a cup of vinegar to lukewarm water and a quarter cup of Salt. This would help you solve the problem of smelly feet. Incase you don’t like that pungent smell of vinegar, you can substitute it with Lemon Juice.
So try each of these every few days and relax your tired feet.
