5 Tips to heal High Heels problem

  • Make sure your high heel shoes are well fitted – neither too lose nor too tight.
  • Your daily wear shoe shouldn’t have heels higher than 3-4cm.
  • Avoid walking much in high heels. If you cant help walking, then shorten your stride to minimize damage to your feet.
  • Try to exercise the calf, heel and foot muscles by stretching them out to increase circulation and help them relax.
